oldest willow |

| The oldest willow in Benxi is grown in health
resort of Wenquan Temple at the age of over 400. Two persons
are required to hug the sturdy trunk in a circle. Part of
roots exudes from the ground and is strong as bones. In summer,
the tree in leafy profusion provides people in the region
with wide shade for cooling down. It has becoming a famous
scenic spot in health resort of Wenquan Temple because of
the old history and vigorous shape. |
