Current Position: Home>> Window to Mayor   Vice Mayor CHEN Jizhuang Official Responsibilities CHEN Jizhuang is responsible for the work related to state-owned assets administration, industrial economy, work safety, science & technology, environmental protection and monetary etc. He is in charge of Preparation Group of Benxi Industrial Processing Zone, Benxi State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Committee, Benxi Economic Committee (including Benxi Small and Medium Business Administration), Benxi Science and Technology Bureau (including Benxi Earthquake Bureau, Benxi Information Industry Bureau and Benxi Intellectual Property Bureau), Benxi Environment Protection Bureau, Benxi Statistics Bureau, Benxi Survey Team of State Statistics Bureau, Benxi Work Safety Supervision and Management Bureau, Benxi Coal Mining Safety Bureau, Benxi Municipal Government Office of Monetary, Benxi City Credit Cooperative Co. Ltd., Beitai Iron & Steel Company (Group), Benxi City Investment and Development Co. Ltd., Benxi Pharmaceutical General Corporation and Office Dealing with Problems Arising from Bankruptcy of Benxi Coal Mining Corporation. He is needed to keep in touch with democratic parties, Federation of Industry and Commerce, trade union and Association for Science and Technology. He is also required to coordinate with institutions like Benxi People’s Bank of China, Banking Regulatory Committee Benxi Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Construction Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Agricultural Development Bank of China, Property and Casualty Co. Ltd. of PICC and Life Insurance Company of PICC besides issues concerning Benxi Iron & Steel Company, power, railway, communication, post and quality and technology supervision. He plays an important part in promoting the cooperation between Benxi Municipal Government and China Development Bank.
