Responsibilities |
| GUAN Shaowei assists Mayor in routine work of
Benxi Municipal Government and helps Executive Vice Mayor
with presiding over General Affairs Office of Benxi Municipal
Government and Benxi Arbitration Committee. He is also required
to complete the contingent tasks assigned by Mayor and Vice
Mayor. |
